The Future of Dog Fighting via Stanford University

In what AJ Glasser of Gamepro calls “a creepy/cool research move” Stanford researchers have created video games that let players manipulate the movements of small organisms. They call these games, “biotic” video games and one is soccer where paramecium move the ball — definitely cooler than the soccer app that I have on my iPhone. Check out this video:

Of course I am kidding about the dog fighting (I love animals), but this does open lots of questions about the eventual applications of this type of research.
